Hope Haven Ranch
A permanent, peaceful home for young adults with profound autism.
The Question Every Autism Parent Carries
"What happens when I'm gone?"
It's the question that keeps autism parents awake at night. For individuals profoundly affected by autism, the transition to adulthood isn't about college or careers. It's about finding a safe, permanent place to call home for the rest of their lives.
Keith and Angela Levin carried this question for their own son, Cade. And like everything else at ASCEND, when they couldn't find an answer, they built one.
In 2022, they opened Hope Haven Ranch, a permanent residential home in the rural ranching community of Kirkland, Arizona, about a 30-minute drive from Prescott. Born from a dream, a prayer, and a parental devotion to offer a "forever home" to their son and others like him.
A real, working ranch, right down to the eggs. Hope Haven Ranch, Est. 2022.
A Forever Home
Hope Haven Ranch is home to five young men with intellectual disabilities as well as their dedicated caregivers. Located in the rural ranching community of Kirkland, AZ, the ranch provides what so many families desperately need: permanence.
The vision is to affordably provide the residents with a high standard of living in a permanent, safe, and peaceful environment, while promoting purpose and dignity in their lives.
It's not a facility. It's not a group home. It's a forever home, a special needs family community sharing a home and property in a beautiful setting.

Why This Matters
The Reality
Most adults profoundly affected by autism have extremely limited housing options. Wait lists for residential placements can stretch for years. Many families are left planning for a future they can't guarantee.
The Answer
Hope Haven Ranch answers the question every autism family carries. It offers more than shelter. It's a permanent home with purpose, dignity, and community, so families can finally stop worrying about what comes next.
"Angela and Keith Levin opened a live-in ranch home for five profoundly autistic young men out of a dream, a prayer, and a parental devotion to offer a 'forever home' to their autistic son."
